Payments

How can I pay?
Payments can be made with Paypal or any Credit Card from our secured store.

Is shopping online with nūdus safe?
nūdus uses a Premium SSL Certificate, enabling 256-bit encryption on Web browsers and mobile phones. SSL allows all personal information, such as your credit card number, to be encrypted. Once received, the information is unencrypted and processed in the same way as a credit card transaction placed via the telephone. At no time is your credit card number stored on our website or in our online database.

Can I cancel my Order?
nūdus does not allow the cancelling of orders unless under extreme circumstances, so please choose carefully. Please contact us via email at orders@nudus.com.au ASAP to discuss cancelling an order prior to shipping.

Shipping

When will my order be processed?
When your payment has been received nūdus will process the order within 1-2 business days followed by immediate shipping Monday to Friday.

When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive shipment within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Is there another shipping method?
You can go for express postage which will have your shipment arriving within 1 to 2 business days after processing.

Shipping – International

Does nūdus ship internationally?
Yes we do to some countries. International shipping is charged at a flat rate in $AUD.

When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive shipment within 10 to 15 business days after processing.

Returns

Can I return my product?
We hope you enjoy your nūdus purchases.

Should you wish to return any products purchased online, please return it to nūdus within 30 days, with your original receipt for a refund or a replacement product.

Returns/Refunds will only be accepted for unopened/unused or faulty products.

No payment details are kept on file; therefore we will require payment information to be provided to process all valid refunds.

Please send your package via an insured and prepaid method when you are returning or exchanging a purchase. Please include your invoice and denote the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. nūdus is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing time for returns is usually 5 business days from the time the return is received.

Gift returns can only be exchanged; refunds are not available unless a receipt is presented.
